How to Transfer the Money from your Bank Account to other Bank Account Balance Enquiry:
Dial *99# from your Mobile handset (This common for any service). You can see NUUP welcome screen asking to enter your 3 letters of bank’s short name or first 4 letters of IFS Code. After entering Bank name or IFS code, NUUP pop menu will appear with some options of available services for your bank. Then enter 1 for Balance Enquiry and Click on Send. A screen will appears showing the available balance in your requested account.
Mini Statement in NUUP Money Transfer:
Follow the same procedure which already described above for “Balance Enquiry” and then Enter 2 for Mini Statement and and Submit the request. A confirmation message will appears showing the mini-statement of your requested account.
Follow the same procedure which already described above for “Balance Enquiry” and then Enter 6 to Know MMID and and Submit the request. A confirmation screen will appear displaying MMID Number which is linked to your Bank Account.
Follow the procedure which has already described above for “Balance Enquiry” and then Enter 7 change M-Pin and Submit the Request. Enter old M-PIN, New MPIN and confirm. A confirmation message will display to change of M-PIN successfully.
Fund Transfer using MMID (Mobile Money Identifier for Inter bank funds Transfer) and Mobile Number:
Dial *99# from your Mobile handset. Again the NUUP welcome screen will appear asking to enter your 3 letters Bank’s short name (or) the first 4 letters of IFS code of your Bank. After entering the valid Short name or IFS code, NUUP menu will displays with varies options of available services of your bank. Then chose an option for Fund Transfer using MMID and Mobile Number then Submit your request. A screen appears to enter Beneficiary Mobile number, MMID, Amount and Remarks will appear. Then enter MPIN and Last 4 digits of the Account number (Optional).
Finally A confirmation message will appear on your mobile screen showing success response.
Fund Transfer using IFSC Code and Account Number:
Follow the above steps until the NUUP menu will appears with different options of available services of your bank. Now Enter 4 for Fund Transfer using IFSC and Account Number and Submit the Request. Now screens appears to enter Beneficiary Account number, IFS code, Amount and Remarks will appear. Enter MPIN and last 4 digits of account number (Optional).
Finally you will get the confirmation message on your mobile screen showing success response.

Transfer Funds using Aadhaar Number:
Follow the above steps until the NUUP welcome screen appear asking you to enter your 3 letters of bank’s short name or first 4 letters of IFS code. After entering valid Short name or IFS code, NUUP menu will appear with different options of available services of your bank. Now enter 5 for Fund Transfer using Aadhaar Number and Submit the request for next step. A subsequent screen appears to enter Beneficiary Aadhaar Number and Amount to Transfer. Enter MPIN and last 4 digits of account number. A confirmation screen will appear showing response for the transaction.
